Bavarian Dialect: Mir sann mir ! = Wir sind Wir !
Ist ein Ausdruck von Lokalpatriotismus. Die Bayern sind eben wie sie sind.
Literal translation:
English: We are we!
Español: Nosotros somos nosotros!
Français: Nous sommes nous!
Italiano: Noi siamo noi!
" O'zapft is!"
Bavarian Dialect: O'zapft is ! = Es ist angezapft ! (das "Bier"-Fass)
Traditioneller Spruch des Oberbürgermeisters von München, um das jährliche Oktoberfest zu eröffnen, nachdem er das Fass - möglichst mit maximal drei Schlägen - angezapft hat: O'zapft is!

barral)
Traditionally the governing mayor of Munich is reopening the "Oktoberfest" with the words "O'zapft is" after having fixed the faucet onto the season's first wooden beer barral. He may not take more
than three hits to fix it. Each hit he needed more, would be a hit against his "Bavarian-Munich honour"!!! ;-)
